I found the accomodation excellent, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Lisa and Tony are brilliant hosts.
As my wife & I are over 60 we enjoyed the pleasant country olde world surroundings & clean & comfortable accommodation. The owners work hard and achieve outstanding service which we would not hesitate to recommend to our friends & families with children. The animals add an extra interest especially the falconry experience.
I've had 2 fantastic holidays with Tony and Lisa at the L'Ancien Presbytere and I cant wait to go back for a third as the place just gets better and better and you couldnt ask for a more friendly and welcoming couple. The house itself is beautiful and finished to a high standard which is more than comfortable for all ages. You couldnt ask for a better holiday, such nice people in a beautiful house and grounds perfect for enjoying summer evenings with a great home cooked meal and glass of wine. Thank you and I will see you again soon
This B&B is a home that is warm and welcoming in the middle of a rough sea. There are lots of B&B's out there that offer a service, BUT none that offer such warmth and hospitality. We found the hosts to be incredibily friendly and a joy to stay with. The food that is available is also one of the joys.
A++++ for the time we spent there and would return again.
I would recommend this to anyone, plus we will be returning as we hear they have also started up falconry at the premises.

Stayed at L'Ancien Presbytere for a long weekend, last summer. Really enjoyed it and had a fantastic time. Rooms were really spacious and clean. We took our Daughter, and all stayed in the same room, but there was still lots of room to move around. Our room overlooked the views to the rear, and also included a balcony. You can sit out and enjoy the surroundings until late in the evening with a drink or two. A lot of effort and attention was put into making our stay very enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the hussle and bussle of routine daily life, this is the place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

“ We have just returned from a fantastic week-end with Tony and Lisa at the Ancient Presbytery. We booked in for the butchery course as we are hoping to have a go at rearing lambs for the table here in the UK. Tony and Lisa made it look so easy. They have given us the confidence we needed to take the plunge. We also did a morning with Jade the Harris Hawk which was a fantastic experience. We have rebooked for the summer when we plan to take more advantage of the surrounding area and hospitality. The house is amazing. (Though we are very tempted to sign up for the Organic gardening as well!). Only 1 complaint... Lisa didn’t give me the recipe for her Lemon curd so we must come back to stock up!!
Thank you and we look forward to our return”
