Iam staying at Lou Peyrou at this very moment. Its our second visit to Chris and Sallys beautiful home. We are in our 50's and would recommend Conques to most...able-bodied people. Some of the hills are quite steep!
Lou Peyrou is just so pretty and artisticly decorated with numerous bright canvasses (Sally is an artist and a potter)balconies with views to die for. The bedrooms are fresh, clean and pretty. We are alone this week, so have the full use of the bathroom. Last year in August there was another couple here, so we did share the bathroom, but it was no problem at all.
Food is organic and delicious. My husband is vegetarian, but that had been no problem at all. Very inventive meals!
We have hired a car as there is so much to see, the roads are very quiet.
There is internet for guests, im a complete beginner at this, so Chris and Sally have been helping me out!
The house is not suitable for lively children as they have terraces and a lot of beautifull things.
