We cannot accept any claim, damage, loss or other amount whereby an Advertiser has an unsatisfactory level of bookings. Any contract for the letting of any properties, restaurant or venue bookings, or any other product or service advertised by Gitecompare.com is between you, as the Customer and the said Owner of the advertised properties. Any arrangement with any Owners or their representatives is made solely at your own risk. In no event shall Gitecompare.com be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit revenue or goodwill arising from your use of this Site. Gitecompare.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, caused by or arising out of, any unusual or unforeseen events. For example, war, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, epidemics, bad weather, terrorist activity, government or employment union action, Acts of God, all other similar events or anything that is beyond reasonable control. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted by error or that defects can be corrected. We cannot guarantee that files available for downloading through the Site, are free of infection, viruses or any other destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to maintain your particular requirements. Gitecompare.com reproduces photos and other details as supplied. We rely on Owners or their agents to update or correct the information. We do not visit the sites. If you believe any information to be inaccurate then please advise us and we will investigate. However it is the Customer’s responsibility to make all relevant enquiries before purchase. Gitecompare.com provides links with other sites. These links are for the convenience of the Customer’s and do not signify any endorsement or responsibility for the content of any transactions that may be entered into, between the Customer and the Owner of the Site. These linked Sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents. In the unlikely event of a dispute arising between the Customer (Holidaymaker) & the Owner, Gitecompare.com will accept no responsibility for intervening. Details of the Business will be placed on the website for one year. After that time the Owner’s will be advised shortly before the expiry date & given the option of continuing or cancelling their advert. All listings are sold to run for a twelve month period. If removed or discontinued at the Business Owners request prior to the completion of the full term, the Owners are not subject to a refund. Gite owners are advised to take out Public Liability insurance and to ensure that the property being advertised matches the Letting Fee. Owners should ensure that all gas appliances are checked, safety regulations are adhered to and swimming pool laws are complied with. As a condition of using this site you agree that you will not post or transmit any unlawful material. Nothing which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person including material which is protected by copyright or any other proprietary right Reviews Reviews and owner responses are subjective opinions and not those of Gitecompare.com Gitecompare.com does not investigate or guarantee the accuracy and does not alter the content. Gitecompare.com reserves the right to remove a review or a response at any time. Owner’s may not review their own property. Reviews & Responses cannot include: Any contact details. Malicious comments or any words that can be considered profane, or any statements that could have double meanings. Defamatory or libellous statements or any discrimination in any form. Commercial advertisements or links. Unrelated content not directly related to that holiday period. The Buyer means the individual who agrees to buy the holiday. The Seller means the owner of the accommodation. Contract means the contract between the Buyer and the Seller for the rental of the accommodation for an agreed period of time. A Buyer can choose to buy the Lot now, whereby the Auctions run on a weekly basis from Monday morning to the following Monday morning, Lots that remain unsold may be re-entered into the following weeks auction if the Seller so wishes. The Seller warrants that the accommodation corresponds to the description given by them. The Seller may choose not to accept an offer for any reason. The Seller may withdraw a Gitecompare.com are not traditional auctioneers. The purpose is to provide a venue for third parties to register to buy and sell to one another. As such, any disagreement between the parties involved, should be solved independently from Gitecompare.com. Your use of this website, these terms and any matters arising, are subject to the laws of England. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. The place of performance shall be England.
